Having just received our insurance renewal for the 11 vans we have, the premium has inreased by nearly 100% due to several own fault claims (£40ks worth over 2 years, one Aston Martin DB9 shunt being the main cause). We have annual driver assesments and fault investigations in place. The biggest area I have a problem with is that the Insurance Co, now want £700 excess on all claims, can I change our employee terms to have this as a cost which could be claimed from the employee if it was found to be their fault? /—Paul
