My colleague wants to leave his company without giving his 3 months notice – he has only worked with them for 8 weeks and his boss is holding him to his 3 months although he is twiddling his thumbs, HR department seem blasé. He has another job and they want him to start immediately. What would happen if he just left – is it dangerous?
