Has anyone else used the free facility offered via the SSP Regultations (now administered by HMCE) of referring staff with quetionable absence records to the HMCE for a medical review before going down the more costly route of medical reports, etc?
I have used it on a number of occasions and would be keen to hear of any other experiences.
