I recently had a job interview. The interview went well and I had the qualifications and experience for the job. Rather than being informed in writing they phoned me to tell me altough the interview was excellent a person with a higher grade degree than myself had been given the job for that reason. I later found out that the person who got the job infact does not have a degree at all and has been working for the company for several years. I can understand they would give the person who works there the job but do not understand why they lied to me about the reason. Does anyone know where I stand with this?
