Can anyone help me please!
I am trying to rectify my predecessor’s frankly horrendous errors when it comes to working out annual leave for part time staff.
For example, I have one lady who works 8 hours a week, who has been generously given double her entitlement!
Does anyone have any foolproof methods they use when working out part timers annual leave? Any help gratefully received as I am starting to go slowly mad with this one!!!
