Competencies

Does anyone have any Competencies for Engineering roles such as Plumbing, General Handymen Heating engineers, gas fitters, or Facilities jobs they would be willing to share? As so as seondary skills sets competencies for driving for mobile jobs.

I have got some good ones for admin staff but I can’t find any examples for manual roles. If anyone needs them for HR, Admin, Accounts staff I am happy to pass on a copy.

ISO 9000 now requires competency based appraisals which are fine if you have a good set of competencies in the first place.
