I have recently intoduced a new appraisal system in my organisation – Personal Development Reviews. I am now reviewing our current questionnaire used to gain feedback from managers and peers with regard to the individuals knowledge and performance. I am trying to identify good practice in use by other organisations and would appreciate examples of questions used in the feedback process.
