We have written up our maternity and adoption policies in line with the recent changes. However, I would be really interested to learn what other organisations will be doing about covering pension contributions during the unpaid additional maternity leave period. Currently we will make good any pension contributions for the first 26 weeks and then propose to suspend the pension contributions from both employee and employer until they return to work.

Any information on what other companies propose to do would be really useful as a comparison.
