My CIPD course has assigned a project that is to be implemented into the workplace – Absence Mangement. This issue is currently a major problem that concerns most Food Manufacturing and distribution Industries.
Can anyone advise various Company Policies that deal with this issue either adopting a discipline or reward method to deal with this climate within the workforce which is both costly and demotivating to other employees.
