I have been tasked with the bringing together of two seperate incentive schemes known as Indirect Financial Reward Scheme and an Individual Contribution Award scheme to form a brand new all encompassing scheme. Rather than just re-hash what we already have I am interested to hear from anyone who has introduced something similar.
For those who are not familiar this a scheme that allows managers to give employees a “pat on the back” thank you of cash or a gift without adding to an idividuals salary. Awards range from £100 – £1000.
