We are a small firm,with one HR professional – we are about to go through a phase of rapid expansion. I would like to use some consultancies/agencies who have experience of working with small organisations during mergers and/or large(ish!) recruitment programmes. Does anyone have any experience of using outside consultancies for this kind of support? Any help would be gratefully received!
