As we move towards being a ‘virtual’ organisation, I am looking for examples of how to frame remuneration packages (and also to make the relevant changes to contracts which are currently suitable for office-based work) for staff who are either working remotely or who will need in future to spend a percentage of their time travelling in order to carry out their jobs.
