The current redundancy policy is under review and has therefore been withdrawn from the intranet and is not being issued to staff, however, a couple of posts have been highlighted as being at risk and those under threat of redundancy want to see the policy.  My question is in law which policy stands – the current withdrawn policy or the draft version of the reviewed policy?
