We are looking to update our profit share scheme as we now believe it to be very out-dated and somewhat unfairly weighted towards certain employees.

Do you have a profit share scheme?  How does it work?  If you are willing to share any ideas, we would love to hear them.

We are thinking along the lines of incorporating some penalty/extra reward for bad/good attendance if possible but in the fairest possible way.
