Does anyone know of any existing policies erlating to consensual workplace relationships. We are keen to write a policy in this area, as having a couple on the same 'watch' (we are a fire service)is likely to affect their operational effectiveness. Similarly 2 siblings or parent & child couldn't work together, but to date we are just going with 'Custom & Practice', but feel a policy would give us firmer footing.
