After discussions with a member of staff who was due to return to work on 1st October.  She has written today to say she will not be returning to her original role as she cannot work the full time hours. She has also declined to take up a further role offered to her on reduced hours. 

I understand that we will pay her for holidays accrued during maternity leave,  but do we also pay one month notice if she is not returning to work at all? 

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
