Late in December 2009 I put a poll up on the CIPD member LinkedIn group. The purpose was to discover "how" people were currently employed in the HR sector.
In the 5 weeks the poll was open over 500 people answered a simple question… "how are you employed?" Using the demographics data that LinkedIn holds on its members the results make for an interesting read:
With over 500 responders we have a significant set of data.. the question is what to do with it? What does this mean for the future of HR?
