On a recent Walk & Talk event through London’s Royal Parks towards the South Bank, we asked a team of senior managers to choose a representation for leadership that they would place upon a plinth at Hyde Park Corner, one that symbolises what it means to them.
Three symbols emerged: a torch, a cube and a team holding the moon in their hands.
This has led me to be curious about metaphors for leadership others may hold. So, what would you choose & why?
