This unique award enables your employees to rate your organisation via a validated employee engagement survey, from People Insight.
The process:
- Register to receive a link to your survey
- Your employees complete the survey online
- Your results are ranked against other entries
- The winner is announced at the Awards Ceremony on 28th January 2016
- You receive your report with your Engagement survey results.
*The Award is open to UK employers with a minimum of 50 permanent employees. Individual responses are confidential. Full Rules of Entry will be provided by People Insight when they email your survey link.
