Bit of an odd one this and I am waiting for a call back from ACAS tomorrow but thought I’d ask on here aswell.
An ex-employee raised a claim against us which we agreed to settle out of court. ACAS have issued the COT3 and now the ex-employee is saying he’s not sure.
This is the first claim I’ve been involved in so not really sure what would happen if he now refused to sign after verbally agreeing to the settlement.
