Within our company we have a Continual Professional Development Scheme which enables employees, who can evidence and show they are competent in a range of job related areas i.e. Equality and Diversity, openness to change, communication, Team Working, to gain a payment as a reward for competence.
This scheme is only open to operational staff who are primarily male. The scheme is not open to non-operational staff who are primarily female.
Is there the potential here for sex discrimination?
