An accident involving a fork-lift and a warehouse employee was treated as a minor incident but the employee as of today will have been off for more than three days and following a hospital visit seems to have substained extensive muscular damage to the arm, shoulder and back.
The employee is unable to perform normal duties and is likely to be off for a few weeks. This in it’s self is not a problem but the employee is now talking about seeking compensation.
I’m in the process of submitting the RADDOR forms but has anyone any suggestions regarding claims for compensation?
