I have a part timer working her months notice. Her pro rata contract states 84 hours annual leave plus 4 bank holidays. On leaving are the bank holidays taken included in the calculation for holiday accrued. She has used 23 hours of her annual entitlement plus all 4 bank holiday up to her notice in week 21. Do I owe her 11 hours holiday pay, or does she owe me.
