Hi,
I have been asked to look into giving employees an additional 2 days holiday if they are prepared to use those days to do some voluntary work in the community. I haven’t been able to find any research on this has anyone done this and would be willing to share their research? and can the company stipulate what must be done on the additional holiday days as i am not sure where we would stand legally if someone failed to carry out / turn up for the voluntary work and used the holiday days for something else.
