When applying for jobs online to job agencies, how would I persue a claim of age discrimination? Would it be against the agency or the employer, as it would be impossible for me to know where the discrimination took place. Would the same procedure (Employment Tribunal) apply to both.
(Please assume that I have proof that I have been discriminated due to my age)
