We are looking to equip our transport office with a breathalyser to test our drivers’ alcohol levels. We are not considering random testing, but to administer the test if an issue arises regarding an employee’s suitability to drive (with their written consent.)
Does anybody have a similar policy in place, or can you advise of any issues that may arise?
