my employer demands that we give him self apraissal every year by january. according to the employment contract new salary reviews are to be done by feb payroll.
for last few years it has slipped back to and back so that even now he has not completed reviews. i am new here but other staff tell me this is always the way.
when the reveiws are done it is dated back to feb but in meantime if someone leaves then they miss out. none of the staff are happy with this but they dont say anything to employer because he then wont give good review and many of us are on foreign permit
is this right way of doing things.
