We are looking to review and update our anti-harassement policy. The policy as it stands refers to us having anti-harassment counsellors on site. Fortunately we have not needed to use this policy for some years and as a result the anti-harassment counsellors have now left the organisation.
We need to decide whether or not to train up some new anti-harassment counsellors or look to offer alternatives to this.
What do other organisations offer with this sort of policy in terms of supporting employees with harassment?
