We are currently reviewing all of our Policies and Procedures. The Attendance Policy is proving difficult to write as it is necessary to ensure the details are clear enough for employees and managers to know their responsibilities but for it to be user friendly. We are getting very bogged down with the detail.
Can anyone let me see their Policy to encourage a new approach.
