We are currently updating our company policies, and I am trying to get an idea of what other companies offer in terms of Company Sick Pay.

Do you have a guaranteed portion over a set length of time, is it full pay or a percentage, is it all discretionary, or just SSP with no ‘company’ element?

If anyone is wiling to share their company policy with me, I would be very grateful – it would be useful to have an idea of size and type of company too.
