A complaint was lodged to ET and one day before the hearing the company offered a settlement via ACAS. This was accepted and the documents were drawn up and signed by the applicant. The applicant should have received the compensation 2 weeks ago. The respondents representative say they are awaiting client instructions. We know the options available but what would YOU do ? Thanks
