Hi All

I am currently putting together a programme on bullying and harassment and hope that people on here can give me some additional examples of behaviours that some may view as "strong performance management" whilst others may consider them bullying.  I want to give the participants some discussion points – looking at scenarios and examples – so that they can appreciate that there is a line between strong management and bullying.  The participants will be managers.
