During my employment I have been off sick and have worked at home to cover ‘urgent’ matters but then ended up working all day so getting no rest even though this is then taken as a full sick day on my records. Is this legal.
I have also been unecessarily contacted while both off sick and on holiday (once at a wedding), again is this legal?
I need to get some good advice re this please, can anyone help?
I have had holiday days where I have worked and this again is being deducted from my annual holiday allowance.
