We use a number of staff as flexi or casual workers. I need to ensure the detail we give them on commencement is correct.
Can anyone help with the following please?
Do they have continuity of service rights? Do I need to clarify their start date for this purpose?
Do they have employment rights after a year with us?
Do we need to allow them to join a pension shcme?
Can we still roll up holiday pay (Is is stated seprately in terms and on their payslip)
Are they required to tell us about any other work they undertake?
Can we state we cease the use of their servcies if we do not require them for 4 weeks or more? (& make them a leaver at this stage).
