We are a seasonal business which is closed between November and March each year.

We employ seasonal staff during the summer, who are employed until the end of the season. Some of these employees then come back the following season and work for us again, does this count as continuous employment?

Is there a set length of time that an employee must not work for you to break continuity?

I would welcome your comments either on the websit or you can email me direct on [email protected]

Thank you.
