Ours is a family run manufacturing business, growing rapidly. MD’s have finally admitted that there is a need for T&D and want me to start with the Managers. How can I convince them that putting the managers on a course is not the answer and that we need a framework in place and benchmarking etc. I have already spoken to T&D companies who agree with me, the problem I have is convincing the MD’s.
