I have a client who is a very small SME. Because of their particular industry, they need ongoing HR advice and I’m thinking that a retained HR support service would be ideal for them. I’ve found plenty of providers, both large and small, but wondered if any of you use such a service and can tell me how it’s priced, i.e.

What monthly/annual retainer to expect

What’s included in that

How additional work is costed e.g. producing a letter or policy document
