I am planning a Roles and Responsibilities definition exercise with a small subsidiary company. As well as collecting background information and defning objectives within the group – I would be grateful for any up to date practice/tips anyone may have; things people have found to be effective/successful, things to bear in mind, etc. Obviously this is likely to be in a generic sense rather than specific – but any methodology people may have found valuable, or any references to any good material on the subject.
