We have a staff member who is on a final written warning for leaving work without permission.
He has now been involved in another conduct issue but one that is not related to the first offence.
Whilst I realise we cannot mix conduct and capability issues, I thought that we could follow the disciplinary procedure through for a repeat of a conduct issue.
I have trawled the internet for clarification but have been unable to find anything.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
