AN EMPLOYEE RESIGNED FROM THE ORGANISATION AND IS CURRENTLY ON 4 WEEKS GARDEN LEAVE. AFTER HE RESIGNED IT CAME TO L8IGHT THAT HA MAY HAVE ACCESSED A CONFIDENTIAL FILE AND IS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT. HE WAS INVESTIGATED AND THE MATTER IS NOW GOING TO A DISCIPLINARY HEARING. HE HAS SINCE BEEN ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL WITH CHEST PAIN AND HAS BEEN SIGNED OFF SICK FOR 2 WEEKS (WHICH TAKES HIM TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE HIS EMPLOYMENT FINISHES) HE IS ALSO CLAIMING UNFAIR TREATMENT AND WANTS TO FILE A GRIEVANCE ABOUT THE WAY IN WHICH THE INVESTIGATION WAS CARRIED OUT. HOW SHOULD WE PROCEED BEARING IN MIND HIS EMPLOYMENT WILL CEASE IN 16 DAYS TIME.
