Diversity Data

I have been trying to find benchmarking data for gender / ethnic origin for Senior Managers, either in Financial Services or FTSE 100 companies.

By Senior Managers I mean Direct Reports to the Board / Executive committee.

Anybody know if this data is available anywhere?
