I am currently researching competency based interviewing techniques (can also be referred to as behavioural based interviewing) and their effectiveness within the Legal Sector (which is the sector in which I work). I have managed to obtain primary date from 10 law firms, but would really like a few more! Is anyone able to help? I am also keen to hear from law firms who have maybe decided to use this technique and then abandoned the idea, or have found a more effective method of selection.
