I am looking at revamping our current exit interview questionnaire in order to investigate and analyse more data. Our current form is quite comprehensive but I am looking for fresh ideas to obtain additional information from leavers. If anyone has a form they would like to share with me I am happy to pass on details of the one we currently use.
