We currently have an Employee Benefits package which includes a national discounts element provided by an external company.Employee membership is free but we are considering charging a nominal sum (£5 – £10 pa) to offset the cost of the contract. I am interested in the experiences of any organisations who do charge particularly those who have moved from a free situation. Specifically I am interested in – whether membership dopped ; charge level ; reaction ; what employees get for that ; etc
