I am managing a project to deliver an employee engagement survey that is relevant to our company and our plans over the next two years.
Therefore, an ‘off the shelf’ employee engagement questionnaire isn’t entirely appropriate, we need something robust but that can also be tailored to our needs.
Has anyone had experience of this or can anyone recommend a good company who offer this kind of service at a reasonable cost?
