Can you make staff equal opps data publicly available including the name of the staff member who got the job and their ethnicity?
Isnt there a conflict with the Data Protection Act here appropos personal data? ie. I suggest ethnicity was supplied for monitoring puposes only and if it is to be published it should be anonymous and not identify the ethnicity of individuals.
