When conducting an exit interview with a departing employee, if they have a good old moan about their job/manager/company etc. should this be treated as a grievance. I am concerned that an employee could raise a grievance once they have left the company and claim to have done so prior to leaving (as part of the exit interview).

I would welcome any thoughts on this, thank you for your views!
