I have a colleague who is on a fixed term contract which was initially for 18 months but was extended for a further 12 months and then extended again for 4 months.
The current fixed term contract is due to expire in Sept 2006.
Please could you advise that in Sept if the contract is not renewed would the employee be entitled to any form or redundancy package/pay?
Any advice/help would be appreciated.
