Hi all

The Queen’s speech in November saw the government push for a better work-life balance, by proposing an extension to flexible working, to parents of older children too.

But should this be extended further to all employees, regardless of whether they have children, or are carers of adults?

What would the implications of this be, on employers?

How should HR best manage flexible working policies, if they are offered to all staff?

I am researching this topic for an article on HR Zone, so would love to hear your thoughts on this matter! Please post your comments below.

Thank you,
