I have a question I hope someone can give me some guidance. I had an employee who was out on FMLA for pregnancy earlier this year and used all of her time 480 hours. Now she is saying that her husband is ill and needs her help with care. Is she allowed to have another case of FMLA when it has not been a year since her pregnancy case was opened?
